We're assuming this is the format of all your payroll files.
Administrators can also be employees.
If you select an administrator from the employee list, you do not have to supply a password. One will be automatically generated for them and sent in an email.
If we notice the same email address in your employee list, they'll be set up as both a user and an administrator.
You don't need a password for existing users, or employees created during the sign up process.
